Taste:
Intense pearls permeate the Collection with a brilliant, golden-yellow, slightly amber shimmer in the glass. The particularly pure aromas display a palette of ripe, delicate fruits, including yellow fruits (mirabelle plums) and sweet citrus fruits, as well as delicate notes of white flowers (jasmine). On the palate, it is densely concentrated, deep, expressive, and well-structured, with a wonderful, finessed texture and immense saline freshness.

The grapes for Louis Roederer Collection come from carefully selected plots that consistently yield the best grape material year after year due to their special locations, forming the basis for the perfect assemblage. The Louis Roederer Collection is a cuvée consisting of 42% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, and 18% Meunier. The Champagne aged on its lees for an average of 4 years. After disgorgement, the wine rests for at least 6 months to complete its maturation.
