Production:
The assemblage of eight vintages, some of which come from Louis Roederer's reserve wines, matures for an average of 3 to 4 years in the cellars of the house. After disgorgement, it rests for another six months to mature. Its texture is pronounced and creamy, contrasting with its freshness.
