Taste:
Intense bubbles permeate the salmon-pink Brut Rosé Vintage with gleaming red reflections in the glass. The aromatic diversity of the bouquet is initially dominated by a freshness reminiscent of mint, as well as wild strawberries and raspberries. This is followed by aromas of toasted almonds and cocoa beans with smoky and spicy notes. On the palate, it is soft and smooth with a very fresh and spicy opening. A saline freshness follows, providing exquisite smoothness and initiating a very long finish.
Production:
Only in good years does the cellar master decide to produce a vintage champagne. These primarily include the first vineyards acquired by the house. The Rosé Vintage cuvée consists of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay and is aged on lees for an average of 4 years. After disgorgement, the wine rests for at least 6 months to complete its maturation.
