Artisanal Perfection from El Salvador
The base is a blend of 6-year-old column-still rum from El Salvador, complemented by unaged Jamaican rums and 3-year-old Jamaican pot-still rum. This complex base is macerated for 48 hours with Bourbon coffee beans from the El Ciprés region. The result is a perfectly balanced spirit with 40.5% vol., which combines the sweetness of rum with the bitterness of coffee.
