Taste:
Strap yourself in and brace for oily, black smoke with a rich, heavy, peaty mouthfeel. Then comes a sweet, sticky taste of grilled banana (yes, really), zesty sultanas and dried fruit. Told you it was different.

Finish:
The peat returns, just as you hoped/feared. This time it's brought authentic Spanish Sherry oak with it, pleasingly and unsettlingly sweet. And a final sharp, salty reminder that this is no ordinary dram.
