Release 2023The nose features notes of Parma violets, buttercream frosting and peaches, along with hints of cola and grated ginger.
On the palate, soft peat smoke emerges, complemented by notes of red velvet cake, strawberry laces and powdered sugar.
The finish is waxy, with notes of orange peel and a continuation of the peat smoke.
This whisky is the second release in the five-part sherry series and was aged for 6 years in bourbon casks, followed by 4 years in Palo Cortado casks.
