Nose: The sweetness of toffee apples opens this cask-matured whisky, together with notes of Parma ham, hazelnut, and marzipit.
Palate: The palate reveals soft peat smoke and notes of sour cherries and anise, accompanied by a creamy mouthfeel reminiscent of vanilla custard.
Finish: The coastal influence shows itself in the finish in notes of brine, oil, and salted caramel, along with lingering peat smoke.
