  Nose: On the nose, this whisky is full of fruitiness, ripe bananas, reduced candies and cinnamon.
  Palate: At the outset, the thick, viscous and oily texture of this whisky is evident. This is followed by a peppery and malty note, then strawberries, brandy and Parma violets.
  Finish: In the finish, subtle peat smoke hides in the background, wine gum sweetness, toasted oats, earthy perennials and a slightly drying taste.

  Nose: Richer colors. Broad and medium weighted with citrus peel, ginger and biscuits. Sweet and with great depth. Aromas of apricots develop and then drift towards fruit salad. After a short time, the wood comes to the fore and water helps to release the baked fruits.
  Palate: A complicated palate where the initial nose suggests plump fruits, but what you get is a surprisingly dry element. The palate becomes fuller as the initial impression on the nose fades. With the addition of water, the caramelized elements emerge, balancing with the woody elements expected from a 15-year-old whisky.
  Finish: Firm and slightly dry.

  Nose: Very sweet. Initially caramel cream heavy, then caramelized fruit sugar, toffee and fudge, before some apple and peach come through. With time, a charred bourbon note with a pleasant dusty dryness.
  Palate: Sweet start and quite fat, and although the alcohol causes a small tingle on the tongue, the result is a good weight in the mid-palate. The dry distillation character is still present, but there is now a depth that counteracts this. Water dissolves the various elements somewhat, but adds some dried mint.
  Finish: Deep and dark.

  Nose: Aromas of green apple and grapefruit merge before the sweet character of honeysuckle and ripe oak emerges.
  Palate: Full-bodied and round. Elegant woody notes of toasted oak and cigar box with rich fruits of caramelized apple and pear, with a hint of gooseberry.
  Finish: Long finish with rich toffee, dried tea and tobacco leaves in balance with soft wood smoke.
