The Starward X Lagavulin was finished in peated Scotch whisky casks from the world-famous Lagavulin Distillery. Following its characteristic red wine maturation, the Australian single malt spent another 18 months in the delicious Islay casks.
The result? Perhaps Starward's most exciting limited edition bottling to date. The Starward X Lagavulin combines tropical notes of nectarine and dark roasted pineapple with robust, earthy coastal peat and a smouldering, dry oak finish.
