Nose: Initially fresh raspberries and light floral notes, followed by a hint of solvent quickly replaced by vanilla, dried apricot, sandalwood, and the scent of old handmade paper. Then we encounter winey notes, sweet and spicy pipe tobacco, the scent of sherry, and old leather.
Palate: Oily-soft mouthfeel, where the sweetness of raisin rolls is replaced by dates, followed by hazelnuts and tobacco with vanilla, spices, light sherry aromas, and apricot jam.
Finish: Medium-long and slightly dry, with subtle woodiness, notes of chocolate-vanilla pudding, a final hint of tobacco, and grape seeds.
