Nose: Summer in a glass: fruity-winey start, followed by a scent of summer rain and fresh pineapple, followed by a melange of rum-soaked raisins, honey sweetness, ripe mango and vanilla, which transitions into aromas of cookie dough, coconut, dried flowers and Grandma's polished old cabinet
Palate: Soft and oily mouthfeel, accompanied by the aroma of rum-soaked raisins, molasses and fine notes of light fruits, followed by crème brûlée crust, coconut macaroons and a hint of ripe peaches & grapes
Finish: Medium-long, with notes of brandy pralines, cocoa powder, oak spice & apple seeds, slightly dry
