Champagne Taittinger only produces a vintage cuvée when the harvest is of exceptional quality. In addition to this high requirement, several years of cellar aging are necessary to be able to bestow the title "Vintage Cuvée". The long aging period guarantees the slow maturation of the aromas as well as the development of the champagne's length and complexity.

Taste:
On the nose, the Taittinger Brut Millésimé 2015 is precise, pure, and fruity. It exhibits an incredibly aromatic finesse and beautiful minerality. This lively freshness is reflected in a bouquet of white flowers (orange blossom, linden blossom, honeysuckle). Aromas of fresh fruits (lime, white peach) offer a contrast, complemented by light toasty notes. On the palate, it is energetic, precise, and thus perfectly integrated.

Production:
The Taittinger Brut Millésimé is composed exclusively of first-press wines, an assemblage of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Grand Cru vineyards in Champagne contribute 70% of this, an important proportion. The remaining 30% come from selected villages, all classified as Premiers Crus. Five years
of cellar aging favors the full development of this excellent vintage.

Ideal as an accompaniment to white meat and poultry, oysters, fish and seafood, or as an elegant soloist that adds that extra touch of sparkle to special moments.
