Champagne Taittinger Brut Prestige Rosé impresses with remarkable vibrancy and elegance, revealing a fine balance of freshness and red fruit structure, of strength and silkiness on the palate. This champagne, with its strong character, also captivates with its incomparable, shimmering and intense color. A wonderful rosé blend...
Taste:
An intense, vibrant, luminous pink color. Fine perlage with persistent foam. Fresh and young on the nose. As it develops, berry aromas (freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherry, redcurrant) can be perceived. On the palate, a subtle balance between velvety and full-bodied notes develops. The aromas are reminiscent of fresh and crisp berries.
Production:
Taittinger Brut Prestige Rosé consists of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. A rosé blend is delicate and costly to produce. This champagne owes its color to the secret of its creation: 30% still red wine from the best Pinot Noir wines from Montagne de Reims and Riceys is added to the final blend.
The champagne matures on the lees for at least 3 years.
Serving suggestion:
Taittinger Prestige Rosé is suitable for the beginning and end of any feast: as a deliciously aromatic aperitif or a subtle accompaniment to a fruity dessert.
