The Alrik Amarone Cask. The Vintage Malt consists of several portions of the finest Amarone Riserva Casks from the Valpolicella region around the city of Verona. The red wine casks harmoniously blend with the distillate, with the smoke being balanced by the fruitiness, leaving behind notes of baked bacon. The complex profile is complemented by bitter oranges, syrup, espresso, Panettone cake, spices, vanilla, and oak.
