The single cask for the German market is a limited edition treasure and is packaged accordingly elegantly: the gift box is embossed with gold on the outside and lined with soft velvet on the inside. The Speyside Single Malt, limited to 688 bottles, matured since December 2011 in a sweet, dark-fruity, spicy Pedro Ximénez Sherry Puncheon. At a cask strength of 62.1% vol., it combines complex notes of maple syrup, baked plums, cinnamon, and blackcurrant jam with the typical GlenAllachie notes of mocha and heather honey.
