Nose: Fresh yellow apples and yellow pears, a good layer of vanilla, baking spices and a hint of toasted oak.
Palate: Complex, with baked apple, ripe apricot, rum-soaked sultanas, vanilla, honey and walnut.
Finish: Sweet yellow fruits, barley sugar, white pepper. The light but complex aroma palette contained in this bottle slowly develops. Long-lasting sophistication.
