CLOS DE LA GRANDE GRANGE ROSE BIO
The Clos de la Grande Grange vineyard is located in the southern part of the Côtes du Rhône appellation, south of Valence.
At the crossroads of three regions: Rhône-Alpes, Languedoc-Roussillon, and Provence-Alpes-Côtes d'Azur, the vineyard is situated on the plain of Mas Conil in Pont-Saint-Esprit in the Gard region.
Color: pale pink with bright reflections
Nose: Expressive nose of citrus fruits.
Palate: The palate is full and crisp with a slightly acidic aromatic finish.
Recommendation: Ideal with mixed salads or grilled meats.
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
Organic certification: FR-BIO-01
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are gently pressed in pneumatic presses. Only the first very clear juices are used for rosé wines. A very fine destemming process is necessary to obtain fine and delicate aromas. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature for several days. The temperature then gradually increases during fermentation to a maximum of 20°C. The wine is aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
Soil: The lower part of the estate's vines is planted on a sandy and silty plain, and on sandy and rocky soils on the slopes.
CLOS DE LA GRANDE GRANGE BIO
The Clos de la Grande Grange vineyard is located in the southern part of the Côtes du Rhône, south of Valence. At the crossroads of three regions: Rhône-Alpes, Languedoc-Roussillon, and Provence-Alpes-Côtes d'Azur. It is located on the plain of Mas Conil in Pont-Saint-Esprit in the Gard department.
Color: cherry red
Nose: Fruity with notes of black berries, with spicy and floral aromas such as poppy
Palate: Fruity notes dominate with aromatic plants bringing complexity (thyme, rosemary). The tannins are round and pleasant, ensuring a beautiful long and warm finish
Recommendation: Ideal with all red meats, grilled or in sauce, flavorful meats such as roast lamb, prime rib, duck breast or game. Spicy recipes or cheeses: Cantal, Saint-Nectaire, Tomme de Savoie.
Grape varieties: The vintage contains Syrah and Grenache
Alcohol content: 14.5% vol.

Cold maceration before fermentation for 24 hours to extract maximum color and aromas. Pumping over, racking and delestage to extract the phenolic compounds essential for the color and structure of the wine. The temperature then gradually increases during fermentation, reaching a peak of 30°C. The grape varieties are blended before aging in stainless steel tanks.
Soil: Sandy loam soil in the lower part of the estate and sandy, rocky soil on the slopes.
CHATEAU DE FOURNAS BIO
Château La Boutignane is located in Fabrezan, in the south of France, halfway between Narbonne and Carcassonne, on the "terroirs" (soils) of Lagrasse and especially Boutenac. It covers sixty hectares of vineyards and has been producing Corbières wines for more than 100 years.
Color: Ruby red
Nose: fruity aromas
Palate: A powerful and expressive wine with fruity aromas
Recommendation: pairs excellently with game and grilled meats
Grape varieties: The vintage contains Syrah 80% Grenache Noir 20%

DOMAINE TERREBONNE MEDITERRANEE ROUGE – Red Wine
Domaine Terrebonne is located in the Provence wine region
Color: Deep color with violet reflections
Nose: Notes of black fruits, spices and liquorice.
Palate: Rich and full-bodied with a beautiful structure and tannins that are present but discreet.
Recommendation: Ideal with grilled lamb chops with herbs or roasted capon
Grape varieties: Grenache and Syrah
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
Direct fermentation of the grapes upon arrival at the winery, pre-fermentation at 12°C for 4 days, yeast fermentation and alcoholic fermentation with temperature control: maximum temperature of 30°C. Maceration with pumping over and delestage for approx. 15 days, pressing of the grapes with separation of the drip and press wines. Aging on fine lees for 4 to 6 months with malolactic fermentation.
Soil: The soil consists mainly of calcareous marl. There are traces of ancient fossilized mussels and oysters. These light soils allow the vines to root deeply, which promotes the development and balance of the wines.
DOMAINE TERREBONNE MEDITERRANEE ROSÉ
Domaine Terrebonne is located in the Provence wine region
Color: Pale pink color
Nose: Fresh, this wine reveals delicate aromas of exotic fruits with notes of orange blossom.
Palate: Fruity palate with a refreshing finish.
Recommendation: It is appreciated as an aperitif or with grilled meats and mixed salads.
Grape varieties: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah
Alcohol content: 13.5% vol.
Pneumatic pressing of the grapes immediately after arrival at the winery. Settling of the must after a 48-hour maceration at 8°C. Alcoholic fermentation at 14°C.
Soil: The soil consists mainly of calcareous marl. There are traces of ancient fossilized mussels and oysters. These light soils allow the vines to root deeply, which promotes the development and balance of the wines.
DOMAINE TERREBONNE MEDITERRANEE BLANC
Domaine Terrebonne is located in the Provence wine region
Color: Beautiful golden yellow color
Nose: Intense, fruity and elegant nose with lychee and pineapple notes.
Palate: Explosion of fruit flavors on the palate with a light, soft and enjoyable structure.
Recommendation: This wine is excellent as an aperitif before a meal, but also with fruit salad or Asian dishes.
Grape varieties: Colombard, Ugni Blanc and Viognier grapes
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
The grapes are carefully pressed in a pneumatic press. After the juice has completely settled, alcoholic fermentation takes place at 14°C. The wines are aged on fine lees for 3 to 6 months, without malolactic fermentation. Aging on fine lees softens the finish on the palate and brings roundness.
Soil: The soil consists mainly of calcareous marl. There are traces of ancient fossilized mussels and oysters. These light soils allow the vines to root deeply, which promotes the development and balance of the wines.
