An amber-yellow color and a powerful bouquet, dominated by dried fruit and quince jelly, with notes of dried flowers and a hint of coconut. The attack is fleshy and honeyed. On the palate, the XO strikes a remarkable balance between fruity and woody notes. Hints of plums, almonds, and rancio lead to a finish characterized by grilled aromas, underpinned by subtle leather notes. A classic blend of 15-year-old brandies. Serve at room temperature after a good meal, with a fine Havana cigar, or at the end of a long day.
